EigenLight’s name originates from the German word “eigen,” which means “unique” or “individual”. EigenLight provides unique solutions for optical power monitoring to add value to our customers’ optical power monitoring solutions. EigenLight Corporation is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified, vertically-integrated US manufacturer of cost-effective inline optical fiber taps, fiber optic test equipment, and interconnect products. Founded in 1996 by two Bell Labs scientists, EigenLight has produced over 100,000 optical taps at research and manufacturing facilities in the Seacoast region of New Hampshire. EigenLight’s facilities include several thousand square feet of electrostatic discharge protected clean room as well as state-of-the-art production and test facilities. Working closely with customers to meet specific needs, EigenLight’s teams consistently research, design and develop unique, cost effective, and innovative products that add value. EigenLight is a corporate member of the New England Fiber Optic Council and the Optical Society of America. EigenLight is also a member of the SAE AS-3 Fiber Optics and Applied Photonics Committee.
