Eicorn is a unique company in many ways, and hard to describe in just a few words. We are a startup-factory, developing in-house innovations destined to become independent companies as they mature. We are also a management consultancy company specialised in innovation, business strategy and change management, with some of the biggest companies in the Nordics as our clients. Regardless of our focus on proprietary venture creation or helping our fantastic clients succeed with their innovation and growth ambitions, we base what we do on a framework of evidence based methodologies that we call Enterprise Ignition™. This is what differentiates us most from other firms working with startups as well as corporate innovation and venturing. We work methodically to weed out unnecessary assumptions, popular beliefs, personal preference, and other non-factual origins of information that risk contaminating key decisions in innovation, business development and growth processes. Our people are well trained and experienced in this kind of thinking and acting, as well as in the art of blending a startup mentality with navigating the politics and processes of big corporations. We all work partly with our in-house innovation projects and startups, and partly within our clients’ organisations as intrapreneurs, innovators, strategists, business developers, change agents, program & interim managers, and more. We have found that Enterprise Ignition™ is a great tools to effectively bridge the startup-corporate gap, and work together as small and big to create shared value.
