EggBug Studio Information

EggBug is an independent animation studio creating characterful, beautifully crafted 2D animation for brands, agencies and entertainment. Our view is that the best animation doesn’t just look good, it has a distinct personality. Our work is playful, expressive and driven by strong art direction and character acting. We work across the entire creative and production process, from early concepts, scripts and storyboards through to design, animation and compositing. We’re equally happy joining an established production or getting involved from the beginning to help shape an idea and figure out what makes it special. We’ve created work for clients including BBC Children’s, Mind Candy and One Productions, among many others. Alongside our client work, we develop and produce original entertainment of our own. Our independent series Cat Bird Dog was officially picked up by WEBTOON, and creating original characters, stories and worlds remains a big part of who we are as a studio. We’re a close-knit team who care deeply about the work we make, the people we make it with, and creating animation we’re genuinely proud to put our name on. Want to work together?
