HİDROMEK, a globally known manufacturer of construction machinery, was founded in Ankara in 1978. The founder of HİDROMEK, Hasan Basri Bozkurt, started with producing attachments for agricultural tractors. This initiative was moved further in the following years and the first construction machine ever designed by Turkish engineers was produced. As per figures declared by İMDER, HİDROMEK constantly had been the market leader in Turkey for 11 years for backhoe loader sales, for 8 years for excavator sales and for 2 years for motor grader sales in the years between 2009 and 2019.
