Electronic Governance for Accountability and Participation (EGAP) is a Swiss-Ukrainian program implemented by East Europe Foundation in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and supported by Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) since 2015.
