Gegründet wurde Helion im Jahre 2008 und operiert nun unter dem neuen Namen Helion Energy AG im Geschäftsbereich AMAG Energy & Mobility der AMAG Group AG. Die beiden Gründer Noah Heynen und Samuel Beer leiten das Unternehmen wie bisher in ihren Funktionen als CEO und COO. Heute umfassen wir sechs Hauptniederlassungen in allen drei Sprachregionen, welche jeweils durch eine eigene Geschäftsleitung individuell geführt werden, aber in jeglicher Hinsicht intensiv zusammenarbeiten. Gemeinsam beschäftigen wir über 500 Mitarbeiter und durften mehr als 10‘000 Projekte für unsere Kunden realisieren.
