Transport from home to medical center is one of the main bottlenecks in ensuring the survival of both mother and child when the mother is about to go in labor. Long distances and a general lack of roads to qualified medical care counts for a severe part of the high maternal mortality rates in many parts of the world, especially in Africa. The Goal of Eezer is to develop cost-effective and safe means of transporting pregnant women when they otherwise would've had to walk or oftentime go on the back of a bicycle.
