This website shows the poor quality of the work they did and despite all my efforts to try to get them to fix it in the end I had to get if fixed myself! Most of my dealings have been with Jeff McCafferty (President) and despite nearly 8 months of emails to him in 2010, phone calls to him and even a Better Business Bureau complaint it wasn't until early 2014 that I heard from him, after I set up this web site! That was 4 years of waiting for him to contact me! The main purpose of this site is to warn as many people as possible to be very, very careful about who you hire and in particular to share my experiences with Jeff McCafferty and his company Edward Element. If you do a Google search on the company you will find other examples that are worth considering. Click on the links on the right side of the page to see the work that they did on my house!
