Edutec consultants facilitate work-related learning processes in a variety of ways. Work-related learning is of considerable interest and can be broadly seen to be concerned with all forms of training and learning closely related to the daily work of VET students and (future) employees. Edutec consultants: # design training and learning schemes, trajectories and arrangements for schools (especiallly vocational and professional education) and companies; # develop training and learning materials (from ideas and concepts to easy to implement programs); # facilitate learning processes of individuals, learning teams and project members; # work with their clients to find innovative solutions for the problems their clients encounter in the fields of education, training and learning; # research the work they do (evidence based practice; practice based evidence); # publish on a regular basis in (scientific) journals; # participate in (international) associations and conferences.
