Edufuture Labs is Asia’s first AI-powered edtech venture studio dedicated to solving the global early childhood education crisis through scalable, responsible technology. By 2030, education systems face severe teacher shortages, widening skills gaps, inequitable access, and outdated one-size-fits-all models. Edufuture Labs addresses these systemic failures by combining AI, venture building, and distribution into a vertically integrated ecosystem designed for both impact and financial returns. Headquartered in Singapore, Edufuture Labs leverages the country’s deep capital pools, strong government support, AI infrastructure, and role as a gateway to Asian markets and philanthropic funding. The team brings over 50 years of combined experience in early childhood education, edtech product development, entrepreneurship, and partnerships with governments, NGOs, and foundations. This is reinforced by a global advisory board spanning AI, education, research, and impact investing. At the core of the model is a proprietary Early Learning Large Language Model (LLM) built specifically for children aged 3–8. Unlike general-purpose AI, this model is trained on curriculum-aligned, culturally localized, child-safe content and neuroscience-based learning principles. It powers all portfolio ventures, enabling AI-driven personalization at scale and creating strong network effects across products and markets. Edufuture Labs operates on four integrated pillars: (1) purpose-built early learning LLM, (2) venture studio that incubates and scales 3–5 core startups with significant equity ownership, (3)de-risked distribution engine reaching over 5,000 schools and educators through direct channels and an accredited online marketplace, and (4) partnerships with foundations and NGOs to unlock over USD 1B in education-focused philanthropic capital and subsidize access for underserved communities.
