Educational Services Exchange with China (ESEC) serves China through education development, focusing on the Western and impoverished provinces of China. Since 1981 we have developed over 12 programs that focus on bringing enabling tools that impact local communities. This includes special education for the disabled, International business training and higher education evaluation. In the last 30 years, we have helped establish cross-cultural partnerships between our foreign participants and Chinese citizens and organizations. ESEC has been involved in many realms of development in China. The present emphasis of our efforts is the Total Immersion Program (TIP) which has functioned in partnership with Peking University in Beijing since 2005
