The Educate Awards are the North West’s largest celebration of education, shining a spotlight on the incredible achievements of schools and colleges across Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and Cumbria. Founded in 2012 by Kim O’Brien, the awards have grown into the must-attend event of the year. The 2025 ceremony will be the fourteenth annual awards evening. It will take place at the breathtaking Liverpool Cathedral on 14 November 2025, promising an unforgettable time. Each year, the number of nominations for these prestigious awards continues to soar, reflecting the passion and innovation within our schools, colleges and MATs. With 21 award categories, entries are carefully shortlisted by an expert judging panel. Finalists are announced ahead of the event, with winners revealed during a glamorous evening of celebration. The night includes: ✨ A sparkling champagne reception 🍽️ A delicious three-course dinner 🎭 A packed programme of live entertainment 🏆 And, of course, the awards ceremony itself Each winner receives an award presented by one of the esteemed sponsors, and their achievement is showcased on the Educate Awards winners’ page for all to see. This is more than an awards ceremony – it’s a celebration of dedication, creativity, and excellence in education across the North West.
