EDS Drilling Solutions B.V. was founded in 2016 as a result of Transmark EDS BV ceasing operations under the Transmark group of companies umbrella. The new company has retained the core group of essential employees that contributed to the success of Transmark EDS and the equipment and databases to seamlessly continue to offer the standard of service that has been offered for many years offering a broad range of advanced well placement technologies, such as Directional Drilling, Measurement While Drilling, Logging While Drilling Services and drilling related equipment rental. EDS Netherlands B.V. was started in 1999 as a spin off from a larger conglomerate of independent service companies. On inception it was awarded the contract for directional drilling and MWD services with Gaz de France ProNed B.V., covering all their directional operations. In June of 2008 EDS Netherlands B.V. became part of Transmark Holdings. The company prides itself in bringing innovative and cost effective solutions to projects that perform under a range of directional borehole conditions. We have our own pool of directional drillers and MWD specialists that have worked on various projects in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, Africa and North & South America. During the past 16 years, the company has been associated with some of the best performing drilling projects in the North Sea and Continental Europe. Our clients include Oil & Gas, geothermal, gas storage and mining operators. Our experienced team is more motivated than ever to support and guide your projects to a success. The company is constantly assessing new equipment coming onto the market such as new resistivity tools and rotary steerable systems. With our partners we are now able to utilize the best parts of many MWD or LWD system (Tensor, GE, APS Geolink etc.) on the market and combine the best performing sub systems to a tailor made solution giving innovations and the best cost effective solution to our clients.
