EdgeFirm is an enterprise AI development company. We build custom LLM applications, AI agents, RAG systems, and process automation for companies in finance, supply chain, legal, and e-commerce. We started in 2021. The founders still write code and sit in on client calls, which is probably the main reason companies pick us over bigger shops. There's no account manager between you and the people building your system. Most projects go live in 4 to 5 months. Some of the work so far: a support system that handles 70% of customer tickets for an e-commerce platform. Legal research tooling that made document review about 10x faster. A field operations platform for a utility that serves 2.5 million people. More than 50 projects shipped overall. A lot of AI projects fail because someone built a demo instead of a system. We've seen it enough times that half our blog is about it. Our bias is toward boring, reliable things that work offline, fail gracefully, and don't blow up the inference budget.
