Edge Design Studio, LLC Information

Katrina Merolle Hay, Jessica Bauer and Malou Santana-Stage are excited to announce that we have joined professional skills, technical and creative talent, and years of experience to launch Edge Design Studio, an innovative interior design firm. We have collaborated at an award-winning design firm in Rockville, Maryland, where we specialized in high-end design of amenity areas in condos and apartment buildings primarily located in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, including both new construction and renovation. Our goal is to make visually compelling and functional interior design accessible to anyone who would like professional expertise. We can help you imagine and create a more usable space plan, specify and install new energy-efficient fixtures and appliances, or incorporate green materials into your structure—anything from selecting a paint color to designing an entire building. We offer convenient hourly consultations for those who need just a little input, or we can provide an estimate for more extensive projects. We will work with you to keep the costs within your budget. We are licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, and are LEED-accredited professionals. We are committed to providing ecologically responsible design solutions to the community, and we strive for visual, functional and environmental harmony. You describe how you want people to feel when they walk into your space, and we will work with you to create it.
