Care is the very essence of our corporate philosophy. It is why we go that extra mile to create a better life for all our stakeholders. Our story began when the Late Bansidhar Modi relocated to Assam from Rajasthan, in the 1870s. His son—the Late Badridass Modi, a visionary entrepreneur—first established a business in the hardware trade and later foresaw the future potential of tea in the 1920s. Flourishing across categories such as cloth, wholesale grain, hardware, and tea, we finally forayed into real estate. It was not easy, and despite adversities and low booking rates, we delivered our first project on time and earned the trust of our customers. To date, we have completed most of our projects before their scheduled time. Building quality homes before time has become an ethos. However, it is the care for our customers that makes us stand apart from the rest of the industry.
