EDACOM Owners Association Management is a subsidiary of Union Properties PJSC. The Management of EDACOM is highly qualified with over 8 years of experience in Community Management. EDACOM delivers effective Owner’s Association Management services for two outstanding Union Properties communities which are MotorCity and Uptown Mirdiff. EDACOM provides and manages all the services and facilities necessary to ensure that all residents are part of a safe, secure, happy, well-maintained, and well-run community. This responsibility covers approximately 4,000 units in MotorCity and 800 in Uptown Mirdiff. Altogether, our services reach 20,000 residents with 4,800 units and 100 buildings.
