ECW Logistics B.V. was founded in 1996 basing it’s activities mainly on the ferry business between Kiel (D)and Klaipeda(LT) with final destinations in the Baltic and CIS states. We are carrying dry-, reefer- and exceptional cargo from West to East and vice versa. Therefore our slogan: ECW Logistics, the easy way east! In 1997 our 100% daughter company UAB ECW Logistics was founded in Klaipeda (LT) to put more control on Baltic and Russian partners. In 2001 we founded in Atyrau (KZ) also a 100% daughter company. Named ECW Logistics Kazakhstan LLP. This we started to invest in trucking units with East European registration. At present we have 30 own trucks with Kazak registration, all equipped with satellite communication units. Other fixed charters are also equipped with this units. Every minute of the day we can track and trace the trucks. Since beginning 1998 the company is also participating in railroad transport to the Easternmarkets. Both containers and conventional cargo has been transported to various countries in Eastern Europe and Asia.
