Founded in 1986, the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit research and educational organization that develops medical, legal, and cultural contexts for people to benefit from the careful uses of psychedelics and marijuana. We further our mission by: ● Developing psychedelics and marijuana into prescription medicines ● Training therapists and working to establish a network of treatment centers ● Supporting scientific research into spirituality, creativity, and neuroscience ● Educating the public honestly about the risks and benefits of psychedelics and marijuana

Third Wave’s mission is to nurture the emerging psychedelic ecosystem by providing individuals with research-based education, access to vetted providers, and membership in our global community, a safe space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others on a similar journey. What does "Third Wave" mean? The first wave of psychedelics involved ancient and indigenous use for thousands of years, the second wave was the counterculture movement of the 1960s, and today is the third wave of psychedelics. The third wave of psychedelics integrates intentional and responsible psychedelic use into our everyday lives. It is an era not for ‘dropping-out’ and rebelling against society, but for integrating psychedelics into our mainstream culture; an era invigorated by the tremendous upside of responsible psychedelic use rather than paralyzed by misguided fear of their possible negative repercussions.

Mind Medicine Australia is a registered charity working to alleviate the suffering and suicides caused by mental illness by expanding treatment options through the safe, clinical use of psychedelic-assisted therapies to treat depression, trauma, addictions and other intractable conditions. MMA’s wholly clinical focus includes building a national ecosystem encompassing professional development for health practitioners through the world-leading Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies (CPAT), patient access pathways, medicine supplies, regulatory and research advancements, clinical rollouts and widespread awareness and education. MMA made global history through their successful rescheduling applications for psilocybin and MDMA making Australia the first nation in the world to reschedule these medicines for clinical use in 2023.
