Origins ECS was created in 1990 due to the need for: - expertise in nuclear safety; and - independent monitoring in radiation protection. Based on this expertise, ECS expanded its activities with high-quality training and support in general safety. Safety Training On the one hand, we share our knowledge through our training and examination centres. Our team has more than twenty expert instructors, employed as permanent employees to guarantee the quality and uniformity of our training courses. We not only provide advice, but also engage competent safety professionals on a project basis. We have a multidisciplinary team of Safety Coordinators, Prevention Advisors and Coaches at our disposal to bring these challenges to a successful conclusion. Safety Proximity Services Not only do we offer advice and guidance, but we also carry out monitoring and clearance measurements on all Belgian and increasingly foreign nuclear sites. We also operate the fire station of the nuclear power plant in Doel.
