eCruit allows top companies and college talent to make meaningful connections before incurring the high cost of On Campus Recruiting. Students can be recruited by their skills and demonstrated abilities, not just their credentials. Students - We give you a realistic assessment of how close you are to having the skills necessary for your dream job. We've built a tool that pulls all of the best information from the web (industry info, company info, online courses, articles, tutorials, videos, etc.) and gives you a "skill map" of what you need to know. With a few clicks, students can make clear progress towards being ready for their dream job. Once you're ready, we'll connect you with hiring managers and recruiters. Employers - Can target students by credentials (minimum GPA, majors, college affiliation, graduation year, workforce auth), personal information (gender, diversity) or skills (e.g. Advanced Excel, Public Speaking, Leadership, Business Writing). Once they've set a student profile, they are able to host livestreams with targeted talent from across the nation. This connects hiring managers, recruiters and company leaders with potential candidates face to face. Ecruit partners are allowed unlimited livestreams so you can host diversity events, partner with student groups to host events, do resume reviews and more while targeting different pockets of talent. We can also save your events as rich content that will be available to students interested in your company.
