EcomStream is independent payment optimisation for retailers and brands. EcomStream renegotiates PSP costs, runs payment RFPs and manages payment performance on merchant mandate, across online, POS and unified commerce. Independence is structural. No PSP mandates, no acquirer partnerships, no referral commissions, no revenue share. EcomStream works exclusively on the merchant side, and that is what decides the outcome in the moments where it is tested: a renegotiation, a competitive tender, a performance dispute. No cure, no pay on cost and RFP engagements. No upfront fee, no fixed retainer, fees based on results only.
