ECS offers the following: Data Consolidation--Collection of relevant booked and consumed transaction data from multiple sources including GDS, back office, consolidators, reservation systems and incoming payments. That data is consolidated, reconciled and continuously updated as new information about a transaction is received. Revenue Recovery--Using consolidated and current data, proprietary technology and the most comprehensive “3x” dunning process, ECS maintains the industry’s top commission recovery rate, guaranteeing that clients receive the maximum return of commission revenue. Reconciliation-- ECS reconciles all transactions to a final resolution so clients can have a complete understanding of volume. This includes commissionable, non-commissionable and “other” (cancellations, no-shows, etc) transactions. Our reconciliation rate is consistently at or above 97%. Reporting and Analytics--Agencies have access to the consolidated and reconciled data and a robust suite of reports through a state of the art web based business intelligence platform.
