At Eco Gin, we believe in a bold spirit and a lighter footprint. Our mission is to promote a sustainable approach to alcohol production in a world becoming increasingly conscious of the environmental impact each decision has. We use an eco friendly distillation method and partner with sustainable packaging companies to create our premium Eco Gin. We use peas, rather than traditional grains such as barley and rye, to eliminate the need for synthetic fertilisers. This reduces our carbon footprint, soil acidification and fertiliser runoff into waterways. After fermentation, our pea-based alcohol is flavoured with a beautiful blend of botanicals to produce a premium tasting gin. By choosing peas, we reduce the environmental impact of alcohol production without compromising on quality, proving that great spirits don't have to come at the planet's expense.
