Eco Forte Information

Karen Hutcheson formed Eco Forte four years ago in response to increased momentum in sustainable business practices, both in building design and construction and in the way many businesses are changing how they operate. Eco Forte is skilled at crafting sustainability initiatives to position your company in a leadership role within your industry and improve your bottom line. With over twelve years in commercial construction management, Ms. Hutcheson offers a full range of services including sustainable building design goal setting and strategizing, project certification process management and existing building assessment. A firm understanding of green building practices and principles allows her to educate building owners and property managers on the value of integrated system design and building operation. Eco Forte can help you identify what sustainable technologies are recommended for your business. We are a resource efficiency management advocate for existing building owners to provide information on possible steps that will improve energy efficiency including estimates of cost savings and environmental benefits. After an assessment, Eco Forte can construct an operational analysis that details your plan with set goals and deadlines. This will include an estimated ROI time frame and will describe how sustainability topics relate to long-term organizational strategy, risks and opportunities, including supply chain topics.
