ECLEE Information

ECLEE (European Center for Leadership & Entrepreneurship Education) is an independent training, education, and research center based in Lille, France. We design programs that close the gap between what education delivers and what the workplace needs, for corporations, universities, governments and NGOs across Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. Our work starts from one idea: you cannot be in the picture and see the frame at the same time. The Frame, developed by Professor Mahamouda Salouhou, helps leaders see the unseen structure that shapes their decision-making and then rebuild it. It reads every situation through three lenses (Sankofa, Ubuntu, and Ihsan), held alongside Dr. Peter Koestenbaum's Leadership Diamond®. What we offer: - The Frame Leadership Programs: a one-day Masterclass and eight seminars, each delivered as Foundation (2 days), 4 to 6 weeks of real practice, then Mastery (3 days) - Lean Six Sigma certification from White Belt to Master Black Belt, rooted in the MIT LAI Lean Academy tradition - Employability pathways built on eight competency clusters, with Jagora University and the ECLEE Africa Initiative - EU-funded entrepreneurship education (YETI, Erasmus+) ECLEE is Qualiopi-certified for training activities, which opens access to OPCOs and other recognized funding channels in France. Our curricula follow Bloom's Taxonomy and the EQAVET quality framework. Every engagement begins with a Frame Conversation: a complimentary 20-minute one-to-one to find the program that fits your situation. contact@eclee.eu · www.eclee.eu · +33 3 20 06 17 30; MobileWhatsApp: +33 765 7745 70
