Eck's Factor Lacrosse Information

I’ve been lucky enough to have lacrosse as a part of my life since I was young. It has taught me a great deal and given me many opportunities I wouldn’t have had with out it. To give back to the game, my goal is to share what I’ve learned with as many players as possible. My approach begins with breaking down the face-off in to a few fundamentals and then using those fundamentals as building blocks to then teach the more complicated aspects of facing-off. Remember being the X-factor takes a lot of time, reps and desire. To be successful, you have to turn fundamentals into instincts, through both dry and live practice. With a strong foundation, you can begin to move up the ladder and go from good to great.
