Our mission will impart an accountability disruption to transform how the world responds to abuse, misconduct and in all spaces where vulnerability meets trust. By embedding truth, accountability, and transparency into the foundation of Sports, Schools, Youth Programming, Online, and all other spaces where youth are vulnerable, trust will be restored where it has been lost. ECHOFLAG exists to end the silence at every level by forcing long-overdue accountability to repair the systemic failures of incident response regarding abuse, misconduct, and neglect in youth sports and beyond. We're developing the infrastructure that will disrupt and transform how organizations address incidents of abuse and misconduct… regardless if they are in or outside of our ecosystem. Our leadership team brings decades of safeguarding, law enforcement, victim advocacy, organizational risk mitigation, and investigative expertise to deliver incident response, resolution, and accountability across our expanding network of model partners... and ultimately, across the broader ecosystem itself. While developing our core platform, we are already onboarding model partner organizations within our ecosystem with the rollout of our exclusive Incident Response, Resolution, and Investigations initiative. We are setting the standard for how accountability will be driven within and beyond our ecosystem. This is not all that we're building... so stay tuned. The days of siloed and arbitrary response (or no response) to abuse and misconduct will come to an end. The days of ineffective polices exacerbating the safety exposure of organizations and institutions will be over. A new era is dawning and EchoFlag will lead the charge to assure that victims will never be silenced again and for the first time in the history of youth sports and all vulnerable spaces... accountability and transparency will no longer be optional.
