ECHO Partners AG enables investors to invest in a unique niche of the real estate universe: hotels in A-City/A-Location tourist destinations with an existing or upcoming supply shortage (due to demographic, regulatory or other reasons) while simultaneously experiencing a demand increase. This constellation is expected to result in an increase in occupancy, higher room rates and therefore higher rental income (Strategy). ECHO Partners have structured their business to align ECHO Partners’ interests with those of investors in our funds. Our principals and employees are encouraged to act like stakeholders and are incentivized in line with our investors. Our compensation policy is tied to the firm's profitability which in turn is linked to the returns we deliver. It is designed to comply with industry best practice with a view to balance short-term compensation cycles with the long-term objective and success of the firm and our investors.
