ECCHO Live supports the people who power live events and touring, providing resources, education, and connection to help them live healthy lives and build sustainable careers. Founded in Nashville in 2011 by Chris Lisle and Erik Parker as Touring Career Workshop, ECCHO Live began with a simple idea: give touring professionals access to practical tools, trusted resources, and a stronger community. What started as an annual workshop attended by just over 50 industry professionals has grown into a year-round nonprofit serving people across touring and live events. Today, ECCHO Live provides education, connection, and support through All Access, which connects eligible live event professionals with up to four free, confidential mental health counseling sessions and one-on-one financial coaching sessions each year; All Access Onsite, which brings mental health support directly into live event workplaces; Day Off events; Networking Nights; educational programming; and our annual Fall Workshop. Our work reflects the realities of this industry: long days, life on the road, freelance careers, financial uncertainty, high-pressure environments, and the challenge of building a healthy life around work that rarely follows a traditional path. ECCHO Live is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Nashville and supported by people and organizations across the live events community.
