ECB Engineering is a mechanical engineering consulting firm specializing in the design of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems for institutional, commercial and industrial buildings. Chuck Bartee, founder and president of the company, has designed engineering systems on a wide variety of building types throughout his career including; K-12 schools, higher education facilities, offices, churches, hospitals, correctional facilities, police stations, courthouses, libraries, recreation facilities, fire stations, commercial facilities, government facilities and water and wastewater plants. He also has experience with multiple project delivery methods including traditional design-bid-build, design-build, construction manager at risk and integrated project delivery.
