Contact Center eCall is opened in 2005 , as internal call center of Alfa Bank. In 2006 the company began to work separately and to offer outsourcing services for customers on the own Contact center base. There are six platforms with 781 working sits in Chernihiv, Rivne, Konotop, Bila Tserkva and Gaivoron region. More than 790 multilingual operators work due to schedule 24/7 serve the large companies in Ukraine, Russia, Countries of European Union, UAE in finance brunch, telemarketing, municipal and political sector, mass-media, Internet, commerce, production of goods and services, tourism marketing and analytical researches. Nowadays eCall services customers in Ukrainian, Russian, English, German, Bulgarian, Romanian, Italic, Arabic languages. We are going to open new platform in Europe and one in Ukraine before the end of 2018
