E&C Services, Inc’s purpose is to strengthen recruiting capabilities by greatly improving and streamlining every in-house touchpoint associated with the recruiting process. Our suggested improvements for organizations results in the ability to develop more candidates, higher quality candidates, higher acceptance ratios and even has improved retention due to better cultural fits. E&C Services has completed 1,000’s of searches over the years that have exposed us to unique challenges regardless of the position.
