EC-Profile specializes in the precision manufacturing of complex internal profiles in metal components using Electrochemical Machining (ECM). Our technology enables us to manufacture complex internal geometries that can be difficult, inefficient or even impossible to produce using conventional machining methods. We support customers from design and manufacturability through Build-to-Print (BTP) and serial production, for both existing and newly developed applications. Our capabilities include complex internal profiles for stators, progressive cavity motors and pumps, industrial pumps, agitators and other custom applications, across a wide range of sizes and materials. EC-Profile’s technology has developed from initial demonstrations into an established manufacturing process used for commercial products operating worldwide. Today, we manufacture both for our own technology developments and directly for third-party customers. Have a challenging internal profile? Challenge us.
