In 2002 it became a Romanian independent company, and in 2013 it was acquired by the Japanese company NTT DATA, one of the top 10 worldwide IT companies. EBS Romania has its headquarters in Cluj Napoca and subsidiaries in Bucharest, Sibiu, Brasov, Timisoara and Iasi. In anul 2002 a devenit societate romaneasca independenta, iar in noiembrie 2013 a fost preluata de concernul japonez NTT DATA, situat in top 10 mondial al furnizorilor de servicii IT. In prezent deservim peste 250 de companii localizate in Germania, Austria, Elvetia, Olanda, Norvegia, Finlanda si S.U.A. EBS Romania are sediul central in Cluj-Napoca si filiale in Bucuresti, Sibiu, Brasov, Timisoara, Iasi.
