Ebble Manufacturing use cutting edge Tantec Plasma and Corona Surface Treatment systems to pretreat your parts at our UK facility. Helping with adhesion and quality issues, supporting printing, adhesive bonding and coatings. Using our Worcestershire based subcontract services, you can send parts for treatment to support with ongoing manufacturing, low volume prototyping, scale up manufacturing or to support on infrequent projects that do not justify purchasing equipment. Parts can be treated using Vacuum Plasma, Atmospheric Plasma, Corona Web Treatment and SpotTEC Corona Treatment.
