Eastbank Mortgage was established in 1996 in Portland, Oregon to aid consumers with financial knowledge in order to choose the mortgage option to fit their unique situation. By 2010, the real estate market was going through the worst recessions in 30 years and Eastbank Mortgage decided to align with a larger company to provide the stability and resources needed to perform at the high levels our clients had come to expect. After much searching, Eastbank Mortgage became part of American Pacific Mortgage Corporation, a large national mortgage lender. With the feeling of a small company but strength of more than 2,400 employees nationwide they have the ability and financial strength to maintain Eastbank Mortgage's commitment to superior service and continued growth. The Eastbank Mortgage division of American Pacific Mortgage is proud to serve clients in all of Oregon and Washington, as well as direct them to other American Pacific Mortgage offices in other parts of the country.
