East Coast Mortgage is a family owned business that originally opened their doors in 1977. Once run by brothers Harvey and Lenny Seidman, it is has been operated by Harvey and his son Jeff since 1997. East Coast has been a Mortgage Banker closing and funding loans in our own name since 2002, while still being able to broker some hard to place loans. We offer a large portfolio of loan products from your common conventional loans, FHA & VA loans, to more difficult Jumbo, investment property and commercial loans. Our experienced staff will ensure a smooth transaction for you, with our Loan Officers attending almost all of their closings. We currently service PA, DE, NJ, VA, FL, & CA.
