EB PREC is a worker-cooperative organizing its community to finance, acquire, and co-steward land, make it permanently affordable, and take housing and commercial spaces off of the speculative market for good. EB PREC strives to reverse the harm caused to historically disenfranchised communities through collective ownership, self-determination, and community-led development in Oakland & across the East Bay.
