We're Ecotricity, the world's first green energy company! Our electricity is 100% green – made from the sun and the wind. In just over 30 years we’ve built 24 wind parks and 3 sun parks all over the country. Ecotricity is the only energy company in the world certified as vegan by both The Vegan Society and Viva!, the vegan charity. As you’d expect, vegan energy is produced without involving animals. We’re proud that we’re a Which? Eco Provider for energy. The Which? Eco Provider endorsement is given to energy suppliers who make the greatest positive impact in generating renewable electricity, building new sources of green energy and helping the transition away from fossil fuels. What makes Ecotricity different from other energy companies is that we take the money we make from our customers’ bills and use it to build new forms of green energy. We call it Bills into Mills and it means that by paying your bill every month you’re helping fight climate change. Every new windmill or sun park we build reduces Britain’s reliance on fossil fuels to generate electricity.

Since 2010, Treedom has been regenerating the planet by planting trees that create lasting environmental and social impacts. Born as the first site in the world that allows you to plant trees remotely, more than 4 million trees in 17 countries exist today thanks to users and companies that have planted with us. Behind every tree there is much more: training for farmers, careful selection of species, constant monitoring and a concrete commitment to regenerating ecosystems. In our projects we work with local communities to restore value to the land and build a more sustainable future. We contribute to 13 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN 2030 Agenda, addressing key issues such as biodiversity, social inclusion and economic development. Since 2014, we have been among the first B Corporations in Italy, a recognition that certifies our regenerative model and the positive impact generated every day.
