Earth Construction & Mining is a multi-disciplined General Engineering Contractor based in Garden Grove, California, serving public and private sector clients throughout Southern California since 1992. Our work spans four core service areas: earthwork and excavation, habitat restoration, earth retention, and landslide repair. From mass grading and site balancing to wetland restoration and coastal replenishment, ECM handles the full scope of complex civil and environmental construction. Our earth retention capabilities include soldier pile, caisson, MSE, and conventional retaining wall systems, along with geogrid reinforced soil and temporary shoring. For landslide repair, we provide emergency response stabilization, slope repair, retaining wall solutions, and hydroauger drainage systems.
