Executive Action Response Network - EARN Staffing Solutions (ESS) is an African American-owned staffing and consulting firm based in Pittsburgh, PA. Our Founding Members are the creators of EARN (Executive Action Response Network) which partners with companies and organizations to provide D&I solutions, anti-racism training, and to identify and elevate African American Executive Opportunity in the Greater Pittsburgh region and beyond. The EARN PROMISE is a model of giving back, paying it forward. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "Life's most persistent and urgent question is what are you doing for others?". To honor the EARN PROMISE and Dr. King’s question, ESS will donate a percentage of its annual revenue to charities providing assistance to underserved communities.
