EARLY is developing a non-invasive, urine-based biosensor platform for early cancer detection, initially focused on lung cancer diagnostics. The platform is designed to support clinical decision-making and risk assessment, particularly in cases of indeterminate pulmonary nodules. It combines biological sensing, automated sample processing, and AI-driven analysis to interpret complex volatile organic compound (VOC) signatures from urine samples. The system is operational, supported by growing clinical data, and developed in collaboration with leading medical centers across the US, Europe, and Asia. The company operates within established clinical, laboratory, and data protection frameworks, including ISO 15189 certification, CLIA and L2LA-certified laboratory environments, and compliance with HIPAA requirements. Our goal is to build a scalable diagnostic platform that extends beyond a single indication and can be deployed more broadly. EARLY reflects a long-term direction toward reducing uncertainty in cancer diagnostics and supporting clinical decision-making, making early detection more accessible and actionable within routine clinical care.
