Hybrid Martial Arts Academy is Miami's premier Jeet Kune Do and Mixed Martial Art training center. Our school offers boxing classes, kickboxing classes, grappling and weaponry classes for men, women and kids. Our school provides world class instruction for your self defense and fitness goals. We address the specific benefits of the individual looking to improve their body / mind through training in our wide variety of martial arts and fitness programs . Our programs include Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Mixed Martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Southeast Asian martial arts, and TRX Fitness suspension training. Hybrid Martial Arts caters to all walks of life, pulling from several different martial arts and fitness training methods. The objective here at Hybrid Martial Arts is to help our students identify their unique needs and the benefits they can gain from training with us. With that in mind, we've designed a program which will exceed your expectations. At Hybrid Martial Arts we teach five important aspects of martial arts. They consist of: Self Defense, Sport-Combat, Health & Fitness, Military Tactics, and Art & Cultural traditions. Many other martial arts schools, depending on the style they teach, will only focus on one or two of these aspects. At Hybrid Martial Arts, we blend several martial arts systems and their training methodologies to tap into the benefits of all of these aspects of martial arts. Furthermore, while some martial arts schools will only focus on a particular range of combat (whether it is long range, medium range, close quarter, or grappling), we feel that it is important to cover all ranges of combat and teach how to transition between each range. We do this by combining concepts from various martial art systems. Few schools capitalize on this idea, but we feel that it is vital to give our students an understanding of how all martial arts blend with one another and utilize this approach to make our students well rounded in all ranges of combat. You'll find that you can interact well with the staff and students at Hybrid Martial Arts. Everyone at Hybrid Martial Arts is extremely friendly and eager to help.
