Eaglenos develops point-of-care diagnostics and continuous sensing technologies designed to make meaningful health insights more accessible - in hospitals, clinics, decentralized care, sports, veterinary practice, and at home. Built on our proprietary electrochemical sensing platform, we design and develop the sensor, strip, cartridge, and instrument, giving us control from sensing technology to result. Our innovation is supported by 21 CE certificates and 76 granted patents, with operations in Nanjing, China and Horgen, Switzerland. Our handheld diagnostics bring laboratory-quality insights closer to the patient. The M421 measures creatinine with automatically calculated eGFR in approximately 30 seconds from just 2 µL of fingertip blood, alongside glucose and uric acid capabilities. Our multi-functional platforms extend testing to lactate, β-ketone, cholesterol, hematocrit and hemoglobin. For critical and decentralized care, the EN102 Blood Gas Analyzer delivers 37 parameters in under 45 seconds, while the EG-P1 Electrolyte Analyzer measures K⁺, Na⁺, Cl⁻, ionized calcium and ionized magnesium from a single cartridge. Beyond traditional diagnostics, Eaglenos is advancing continuous sensing technologies, while our PALM veterinary portfolio brings portable testing to dairy, equine and companion-animal care.
