Eagle Oil & Gas Co. is a privately held, independent oil and gas exploration and production company based in Dallas, Texas. Directly and through its predecessors, Eagle has been actively exploring for, acquiring, and developing oil and gas reserves for over 60 years and has operated and/or owned interests in almost every major basin in the continental United States. Eagle's current focus is the acquisition and optimization of legacy projects in various counties in East Texas, where today we operate more than 150 wells and have ownership interest in more than 1,000 others. Eagle's executive offices are in Dallas, Texas, home to the exploration, engineering, land and legal departments, and its accounting and field operation departments are in Wichita Falls, Texas. We are proud to employ 30 full-time oil and gas professionals in our corporate offices and maintain an extremely qualified group of more than 40 contract field personnel.
