E&A Engineers, Inc. is a multi-discipline group of engineers. We offer consulting services for residential, commercial, educational, high-rise, medical, and governmental facilities. E&A Engineers principals have over 50 years of experience in the project management and design of building structures of various complexities. The diversity ranges from house alterations to sophisticated industrial structures, bridges, and high- rise buildings. Among the clients are engineers, architects, owners, builders, developers, and governmental agencies. Our clients include Ellerbe Becket, The Ralph Parson Company, Keiwet Pacific, In-N-Out Burgers, the County of Los Angeles, the Government of Guam, the Veteran's Administration, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Air Force. E&A Engineers, Inc. has been providing services either as a prime consultant or engineering consultant. We have teamed up with companies such as Ellerbe Becket, The Ralph Parson Company, TRS & Associates, DEV & Associates, Gensler and other noted architects, engineers and contractors. We have offices in California, Guam, Saipan, and in Manila. Our California office was incorporated in 1986 while our Guam office was established in 1991. The Saipan and Manila office were established in 1995. E&A Engineers, Inc. is fully computer automated. Computer automation enables our offices to share resources via modem allowing engineering production and CAD production in one office to be transmitted to another office instantaneously. Our Current Professional Liability Insurance is provided by Continental Casualty Company. E&A Engineers equates successful projects to teamwork. We strive not only to provide the client with quality projects that are efficiently designed, functional within time constraints and within budget but also to provide the client with ideal team partner during the design, construction and operation of the project.
