e4, inc., a registered Woman-owned Business Enterprise, is uniquely qualified to provide high performance building consulting and sustainability support services. e4 has extensive experience in complex developments and in-depth expertise with all the US Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating systems, points, prerequisites and required construction and operations plans. e4 also provides general strategic advice to clients interested in exploring their broader sustainability options. We support projects that must meet the requirements of Local Law 86 and New York State Executive Order 111, and projects that would like to pursue funding from NYSERDA, NYPA, the NYS Green Building Tax Credit and/or other incentive programs.
