E3 Cube was established in 2013 and is a chartered property and estates practice working with organisations responsible for large, often complex estates, particularly in education and the public sector. With a team of 49, we operate from offices in Liverpool, Birmingham, Harrogate and St Albans, and have secured around £400 million in funding and delivered more than 1,200 projects across the UK. Much of this work sits in environments where there is ongoing scrutiny, limited funding and long-term responsibility for what is delivered. Accessibility, compliance and funding all sit alongside one another, and the outcome needs to stand up long after a project is complete.
