Atlas Partners, LLC is an 18 year-old real estate consulting company specializing in the monetization of real estate assets. Our principals, with in excess of 65 years of commercial real estate experience, address the real estate problems faced by asset-based lenders, turnaround consultants, bankruptcy and workout attorneys and corporations with restructuring needs. We have sold more than 6 million square feet receiving a total consideration in excess of $59 million. We are also a direct lender on real estate for operating businesses. In 2011, Atlas began acquiring distressed Commercial & Industrial Notes that are secured by a variety of collateral, including inventory, accounts receivable, machinery & equipment and real estate. Atlas is a cash buyer that is interested in transactions with a cost ranging from $1 million to $8 million. Recently completed deals were in Ohio, Florida and Illinois and ranged in size from $1,250,000 to $4,800,000.

NovaVision® provides vision solutions targeted at this substantial and largely un-addressed group of people who have lost their sight as a result of Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or other neurological brain damage. NovaVision has a family of therapies that both restore and help compensate and re-train for vision loss. NovaVision’s Vision Restoration Therapy (VRT) is a therapy specifically developed to help restore lost vision resulting from Stroke or TBI, and is carried out in the comfort of a patient’s home. NovaVision’s VRT is the only FDA Cleared (510k) therapy targeted at the restoration of this type of vision loss. VRT is underpinned by 15 years of research and over 20 studies, including a 302 patient study in which notable improvements were seen in 70% of the patients. NovaVision’s NeuroEyeCoach is a compensation technique based on several decades of scientific research that is designed to teach patients to direct their gaze towards the affected area bringing previously undetected objects into sight.
